Hi, I’m Christel Joy! I’m a cool chic who is trying to make the world a little better by sharing tools, skills, and wisdom with people so they can heal themselves.

I teach alignment-based yoga classes and offer workshops and private classes in Walla Walla, WA as well as virtually. In classes, I weave in ways to get into our Parasympathetic System (“rest and digest”) in order to find homeostasis (“health and wellbeing”), while focusing on alignment to help keep the body safe and the mind focused & present. We live in a busy stressed out world, so I try to bring a quirky sense of humor to the mat. Whether you are new to yoga or have been around it for a long time, come join me for a class! I would be honored if you allow me to share my path to becoming happy and healthy.
