"Holiday" Offerings

Wanted to letcha know about a few things.

Quick Note on our Thanksgiving schedule… We are off on Thursday, 11/28 (no 8:30am All Levels class) . There will be classes on all the other dates: Tues, Wed, Fri, & Sat. Hope to see you at Thrive Studio (1707 E Isaacs Ave) this week! If not - have a wonderful week and may we see each other soon-ish :-)

Below are links to 2 other offerings before the end of the year. One is a retreat and the other are 2 - 1 hour private yoga sessions with Moi! Both amazing gift ideas with the holidays just around the corner. And long distance Friends - the private sessions work amazingly over Zoom. Just saying….

I know Thanksgiving is a day for being grateful, but I will always harp about how we need to practice gratitude EVERY day. That way the next time we are in crisis - those “scales” we have been practicing every day allow allow us to play the piece we’ve been practicing when we get up on stage in front of an audience (i.e. - we can still find gratitude when we are going through our biggest struggles.

May we remember that the more grateful we are for what we have - the more we have to be grateful for!

Charlotte and I are at it again. We are doing the retreat on the actual Winter Solstice. This excites me so very much as most of you know my favorite winter holiday IS Winter Solstice. Come and join us for Restorative Yoga and Feldenkrais Method. Two very powerful practices to help us unwind at one of the deepest levels our bodies can: The Central Nervous System. As I mentioned above, what a great gift that you can either buy for someone you love or maybe let someone you love who struggles to buy you a gift you’ll enjoy. In our 2 - 1 hour sessions we can work on whatever you would like: stress reduction, learning modifications so you can take a class again after an injury or condition, putting together a home practice, or anything else you can think of. I have had even had people who we meet one time so I can work with their body and the second time we video 2 - 20 minute practices sequenced for their specific body (this has been done on their smart phones). We can meet on Zoom or In-Person. Only 1 package per person and only on sale until Dec 25.
