Overview of May & June
Okay Friends,
My hope is to have an "Overview" post/email with the information of this transition we are all about to go through as I move. If it seems like a lot of information... it is. You don't have to remember it all. I will also send out posts each week that something is different than out usual schedule.
Just a reminder that I will take off about 2 weeks prior to the move to spend time with my family while I am in the area. Then I will take off the week of the move to get from Red Wing to Walla Walla. Once I am settled in Walla Walla we should be in a fairly regular schedule until the end of summer in August when I will take a break to attend a wedding. Okay, so here goes....
NO CLASSES / DAYS OFF FOR ME TO PLAY:
Friday, May 24 - Saturday, June 1
NO CLASSES / ACTUAL MOVE:
Tuesday, June 4 - Saturday, June 8
CLASSES RESUME TUESDAY, JUNE 11
Once I am in Walla Walla with classes resumed - just a reminder that we will still have 5 weekly public classes that will be available both In-Person as well as on Zoom through the Patreon $50 Subscription. If you have any questions about this, please contact me. My Walla Walla Friends who will begin to take In-Person again - no need to let me know you will be changing your subscription. If you still want access to the vidoes, you can change your subscription to the $15 level. If you don't need Zoom OR the videos - you can cancel your subscription starting in June I'm guessing.
I'll list the Public Classes below so you can get a gist of what's where when.
The Pioneer Park Classes are not yet up on the Parks & Rec website so there is no way to pay as of yet.
The Saturdays classes will be out at Dusted Valley and you can pay with cash or check at the location.
Gentle Classes - please note the time change. We are going back to our original time of 10am PDT (instead of 8:30am). These classes you can also pay cash or check at the location.
Yes - you must pay for each of these sets of classes separately since i am working with other organizations and the payments will go through them. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Once we move indoors in Autumn - all classes will be in the same location and have one payment plan. But until then....

I also have some pretty cool events coming up in June as well:
Blue Mountain Lavender Farm asked me to teach 2 Yoga Classes, 2 Mindfulness Classes, and a Summer Solstice Tea Meditation out on their farm. You can find those offerings and reserve your spot here: https://www.bluemountainlavender.com/reservations
Charlotte Watership and I are once again offering seasonal transition retreats with Restorative Yoga, Feldenkrais Method, and sounding. This will be a class to help transition us into Summer. The last two (1 before I moved and 1 before the Pandemic) sold out and were quite well liked. So give yourself the gift of Rest & Play and grab your spot now: https://www.cjoyyoga.com/purchasing/winter-solstice-retreat
That was a LOT!!!!! I know. For me too! Transitions can be difficult, but this is when I keep reminding myself that it's what Brene Brown calls the FFTs (Effing First Times). Once we get through this and get rolling, I'm sure we will all find our comfortable zone again.
As always, thank you for your support and for transitioning with me. This past year has been so very challenging and I don't think I could have done it without your support. Both financial as well as emotional.
Buckle up Friends and let's enjoy this Ride :-)
