Choosing Positivity

When I was young I focused mainly on the negative things in my life. It tended to make me feel sad and depressed. It affected all aspects of my life.

Over many years now, I have re-trained my brain to focus on the positive things. This way even when negative things happen, I don’t get hijacked them. I know I can be in a shitty situation without my whole life being shitty.

You can choose what you give your attention to! Maybe Set An Intention to focus on the positive things today. This moment. Your breath.
